Therapy

THERAPY is a powder preparation containing a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against germs causing pullorum (Salmonella pullorum), fowl cholera (Pasteurella multocida), CRD (Mycoplasma gallisepticum), and parasites causing coccidiosis (Eimeria tenella, E. necatrix and E. acervulina). Therapy also consists of Vitamin A and vitamin K to accelerate repair of tissue damage in gastrointestinal tract due to coccidiosis.

COMPOSITION

Each kg contains:

• Oxytetracycline
• Amprolium
• Vitamin A
• Vitamin K
• Excipients

INDICATION

Fowl cholera (greenish droppings, dyspnea, swelling of wattle and comb)

• Pullorum (whitish droppings, appear to be feeling cold)
• CRD (snoring)
• Coccidiosis (blood-stained droppings, weakness, soiled wings, ruffled feathers)
• Coryza (cold, nasal discharge, swollen face)
• Synovitis (swollen joint)

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Prevention :

• To prevent diseases during stress: 0.1 g per kg of body weight or 1 g per 2 liters of drinking water for 3 consecutive days
• To prevent occurrence of outbreaks: 0.1 g per kg of body weight or 1 g per 2 liters of drinking water for 5-7 consecutive days

Treatment:

0.2 g per kg of body weight or 1 g per liter of drinking water for 5-7 consecutive days
