Nemasol-K

Nemasol-K is a tablet effective for eliminating various types of nematodes in the intestines, lungs and throats of livestock such as cow, buffalo, goat, sheep, swine and poultry. Nemasol-K contains Levamisole Hydrochloride which acts as anthelmintic by interfering with nematodes carbohydrate metabolism by blocking fumarate reductase and succinate oxidase. These enzymes are needed in worm energy production. The net effect is paralyzing the worm which is then expelled with feces. In addition, Levamisole Hydrochloride has also immunostimulant effect by restoring cell-mediated immune function in peripheral Tlymphocytes and stimulating phagocytosis by monocytes. Nemasol-K can therefore treat the disease as well as increase immunity of the animal all at once.

• - Levamisole hydrochloride

INDICATION

Eliminate nematodes in:

• Ruminants (cow, buffalo, goat, sheep):
  - Gastrointestinal tract (Haemonchus sp., Cooperia sp., Oesophagostomum sp., Strongyloides sp., etc.)
  - Respiratory tract (Dictyocaulus sp.)
• Swine:
  - Gastrointestinal tract (Ascaris suum)
  - Respiratory tract (Metastrongylus sp.)
• Poultry:
  - Gastrointestinal tract (Ascaridia sp., Heterakis sp., Capilaria sp.)
  - Respiratory tract (Syngamus trachea)
  - Eyes (Oxyspirura mansonii)

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

Grind and mix well with drinking water or feed

• - Large livestock (cow, buffalo, goat, sheep, swine): 1 tablet per 50 kg of body weight
• - Poultry: 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight
