Meditril-K

MEDITRIL-K is a capsule preparation containing Norfloxacin, an antibiotic from fluoroquinolone class which works by inhibiting the activity of bacterial DNA gyrase so that DNA replication is inhibited. MEDITRIL-K is effective against gram (+) and gram (-) bacteria, especially Mycoplasma gallisepticum and Escherichia coli which cause CRD complex in poultry. 

COMPOSITION

Each capsule contains:

• Norfloxacin

INDICATION

• CRD complex (coughing; snoring; cloudy and thickened air sacs)
• Colibacillosis (difficulty breathing; air sacs, liver and heart covered with fibrin)
• Cholera (green stool, respiratory problems, swollen facial area, wattle and comb)

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

0.1 ml per kg of body weight or 0.5 ml per liter of drinking water for 3 – 5 consecutive days
