KUTUTOX ORAL is an oral solution preparation containing antiparasite ivermectin with broad spectrum activity. Ivermectin works by inhibiting neurotransmitter and blocking the post-synaptic stimulation of the adjacent neuron or the muscle fiber, causing paralysis of the parasites and eventually death. KUTUTOX ORAL effective against ectoparasites and endoparasites in poultry and against endoparasites in goat, sheep, and cattle with efficient route of administration which is by dilute to drinking water or give directly through throat.
COMPOSITION
Each ml contains:
INDICATION
- Poultry: against ectoparasites (such as: mites, lice/ticks) and endoparasites (such as : Capillaria spp., Ascaridia spp., Heterakis gallinarum)
- Goat and sheep:
- Gastrointestinal worms: Cooperia spp., Haemonchus contortus, Ostertagia circumcinta, Trichostrongylus spp., Nematodirus spp., Oesophagostomum spp., Strongyloides papillosus and adult stage of Chabertia ovina
- Pulmonary worms: Dictyocaulus filaria
- Nasal bot: Oestrus ovis
- Cattle: Worms: Ostertagia spp., Cooperia spp., Haemonchus placei, Trichostrongylus axei, Oesophagostomum spp., Nematodirus spp., Strongyloides spp., Bunostomum Phlebotomum, Toxocara spp.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
Poultry:
- Ectoparasites: 0.04 ml per kg of body weight, dilute into drinking water. Administered for consecutive 2 days. Reapply after 2 weeks
- Endoparasites: 0.04 ml per kg of body weight, dilute into drinking water for once administration. Reapply after 2 weeks
Goat, sheep, and cattle: 0.02 ml per kg of body weight, give directly through throat.
