Gumbonal

GUMBONAL is a water-soluble powder containing Hexamine, vitamins B1, B2 and B6. During Gumboro infection, immune system will be suppressed. This condition allows infectious agents to enter the body easily through urinary tract and cause secondary infections. Hexamine works as an urinary tract antiseptic. Hexamine will decompose releasing ammonia and formaldehyde. Formaldehyde acts as an antibacterial effective to eradicate Gram (-) bacteria such as E. coli, Enterobacter sp., Klebsiella sp., Proteus sp, P. aeruginosa, Gram (+) bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, S. epidermidis, Enterococcus sp., and fungi in urinary tract.

INDICATION

• Decreases mortality rate during Gumboro outbreak due to swelling of kidney
• Treats secondary urinary tract infection during Gumboro infection
• As on antiseptic in urinary tract

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

1 g per liter of drinking water or 0.2 g per kg of body weight for 3-5 consecutive days
