Doctril

DOCTRIL is water-soluble powder that contain Enrofloxacin which is bactericidal. It acts by inhibiting DNA gyrase of the bacteria thus preventing DNA replication and transcription of the bacteria. DOCTRIL is safe to use by animals and potent. DOCTRIL is a broad spectrum and effective drug which is primarily against infections caused by Gram (-) bacteria, including Escherichia coli which causes colibacillosis.

COMPOSITION

Each gram contains:

• Enrofloxacin 
• Excipients

INDICATION

• CRD complex (coughing, snoring, cloudy swelling of air sac)
• Colibacillosis (dyspnea, heart and liver covered by fibrin)
• Coryza (cold, nasal discharge, swollen face)
• Fowl cholera (greenish droppings)

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

0.1 gram per kg of body weight or 1 gram per 2 liters of drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days
